Thank you for stepping up to support Daves in a major way! Being a Committee Chair is a fun and exciting, but sometimes daunting task. We're here to support you any way possible. As an all-volunteer organization, we literally couldn't exist without you! We hope the information here will help make your volunteering experience fabulous. Committee chairs can request sign-in access to their committee email accounts. @davesavehsc.org uses the Gmail platform and so is accessible via a web browser or the Gmail app. This provides two benefits. 1. Emails do not have to be sent to your personal email account. 2. You will have the ability to send from the committee email address. Emails will be forwarded to personal email addresses by default.

Submit your requests, upload receipts online and receive confirmation when your check is ready. Or download the paper form and leave it in the office.

Please allow 2-3 weeks ahead of your event in order to get your forms created and web page updated.
If you would like to review a form from a past year, please email communications@davesavehsc.org and we will send you a copy if one is available. This will be helpful in getting your event form started.

Promoting your Event or Program
There are a number of ways to promote your event or program.
- H&SC Website: davesavehsc.org can be the home for your event or program. You have a lot of discretion about how you utilize the web page(s) for your event or program. Online registration forms can come on/off your page as appropriate, but we'd like each program and event to have a basic description that remains year-round. Remember, we have new families each year. Make sure your page fundamentally defines what your event or program is. Promotions in other outlets can always link back here. Pictures from previous years would be great! Contact communications@davesavehsc.org to create or update your page.
- H&SC Calendar: Many parents subscribe to the H&SC Calendar and so have all details included on the calendar at their fingertips. Contact vp@davesavehsc.org for H&SC Calendar updates.
- The Avenue: All subscribed families receive our beautiful and informative newsletter every Wednesday. Send submissions to the editors at theavenue@davesavehsc.org.
- Facebook: Do you follow the H&SC on Facebook? Lots of parents do! Contact communications@davesavehsc.org to promote your event or program on our Facebook page.
- Parent Square email blast: We use these messages sparingly as opens and interaction decrease with every email. For this reason, they require H&SC board approval, but when the time is right, contact president@davesavehsc.org to start the process.

Logos
If you are creating any material for your event and you need to use logos, please click the one you desire below and "save" so you can use it. Please keep in mind that the H&SC has a new logo and the Daves Cat is the school logo. You can use both or if appropriate, you may just want to use one or the other.
